PromptArk is a product operated by OOMeta. The operating entity is 深圳无限元智能网络有限公司 ("OOMeta," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when users access or use the PromptArk website, Hub, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- the PromptArk website and Hub;
- the PromptArk browser extension;
- Google OAuth authentication and account sign-in;
- synchronization and storage features connected to user accounts; and
- related support and account management activities.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Services.
2.1 Google OAuth Account Information
When a user signs in with Google OAuth, we may collect:
- email address;
- display name; and
- profile image / avatar.
We use this information to authenticate users, create or maintain accounts, and provide account-linked features.
2.2 User Content
We collect and store content that users voluntarily create, save, organize, sync, or manage through PromptArk, including:
- prompts;
- prompt titles, tags, categories, metadata, and settings;
- user-created prompt templates and related configuration data; and
- content generated by the extension for the user and saved locally or synchronized to the Hub.
2.3 Browser Extension and Page Interaction Data
Depending on the feature the user invokes, the PromptArk browser extension may access:
- the active tab;
- the current page URL;
- page title;
- selected text;
- page text or page context;
- clipboard-based context when the user uses a related feature; and
- input fields or AI platform editors for prompt injection or user-requested prompt operations.
Such access is limited to enabling the extension’s disclosed user-facing features, such as prompt insertion, context capture, smart conversion, article sharing, and other prompt-related workflows initiated by the user.
2.4 Local Storage and Synchronization Data
PromptArk may store data:
- locally in the browser;
- through supported browser storage or sync features; and
- in our backend systems, including Supabase, when the user signs in and uses synchronization features.
2.5 Technical and Operational Data
We may process limited technical data required to maintain the Services, such as:
- authentication events;
- synchronization status;
- error information necessary for debugging;
- basic request metadata; and
- service configuration information.
We do not intentionally collect analytics or crash-reporting data through third-party analytics or crash platforms at this time.
3. How We Use Information
We use information only for legitimate product and operational purposes, including to:
- authenticate users and maintain accounts;
- provide the Hub and browser extension functionality;
- save, organize, sync, and display user prompts;
- insert prompts into supported AI platforms at the user’s request;
- capture page context, selected text, or related content for user-requested prompt features;
- generate, optimize, translate, or transform prompt content for the user;
- maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Services;
- respond to support requests;
- enforce our Terms of Service; and
- comply with applicable law.
We do not sell personal information or user content to third parties.
We do not use personal information, browsing activity, or user content for targeted advertising.
4. Browser Extension Data Practices
The PromptArk browser extension is designed to help users manage and use prompts across supported websites and AI platforms.
The extension may interact with webpage content only to the extent necessary to provide user-facing features that are visible and requested by the user. This may include:
- detecting supported AI platforms and locating input areas;
- injecting prompts into editors or text fields;
- capturing selected text or page context for prompt generation or prompt variable filling;
- enabling article sharing or context-aware prompt workflows; and
- storing generated prompt content locally or synchronizing it to the user’s PromptArk account.
PromptArk does not sell browsing activity.
PromptArk does not use browsing activity for advertising, profiling, or resale.
PromptArk does not collect or retain users’ web browsing history except to the extent strictly necessary to provide a user-facing feature described in the product interface and applicable store listing.
5. Cookies and Session Handling
PromptArk itself does not use the browser extension’s permissions to sell, track, or profile users through cookies.
Where technically necessary, extension permissions relating to cookies or session handling may be used only to support authenticated product features or compatible integrations, such as user-requested AI service interactions that depend on an existing browser session.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Google, in connection with Google OAuth authentication and sign-in flows;
- Supabase, as our backend service provider for authentication, database, storage, and synchronization functionality;
- hosting and infrastructure providers, including cloud hosting and server operators we use to run the Hub and related services;
- email and communications providers, where needed to respond to support or operational messages;
- legal or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law or valid legal process; and
- successors or affiliates, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate legal protections.
We do not share user data with third parties for their own advertising or independent marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information and user content only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Services;
- maintain user accounts and synchronization features;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce our agreements; and
- comply with legal obligations.
If a user requests deletion of an account and associated data, we will delete or anonymize relevant information within a commercially reasonable period, unless retention is required by law, security needs, fraud prevention, or legitimate dispute-resolution purposes.
8. User Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, users may have the right to:
- access their personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of their account and associated data;
- object to or restrict certain processing; and
- withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.

9. International Users
PromptArk is offered to users globally. Information may be processed in jurisdictions other than the user’s own country or region. Where required by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to provide appropriate safeguards for cross-border data handling.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information and user content from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, or under a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms and services, including Google OAuth, supported AI platforms, cloud hosting providers, domain and email service providers, and Supabase. Those third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Limited Use Disclosure
PromptArk’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
For the PromptArk browser extension, our use of personal or sensitive user data is limited to providing or improving the extension’s single purpose and user-facing features as described in the product interface and applicable store listing. We do not sell such data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except where necessary for security, legal compliance, or with the user’s explicit consent.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, the Hub, or other appropriate means.
